Fulfilling these words of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib , from the world of God ; one light, one pure soul came onto this earth in the form of Dhan Dhan Baba Mihan Singh Ji to guide the world burning in the fire of vices with Gurbani and to bless life with peace. Braham Gyani Baba Mihan Singh Ji was born on the 13th Jan 1906 at the house of father Sardar Amar Singh Ji and revered mother Ram Kaur Ji in the village of Siahar Sahib, situated in Ludhiana city. Baba ji's father was a farmer and follower of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib. Therefore, from his childhood, Baba Mihan Singh Ji's came to learn about Sikhism. As a child, Baba Ji received the Santhiya of Guru Granth Sahib Ji from Sadhu Giandas Ji in June, 1912. Baba Mihan Singh ji got baptized in 1927 from “Panj Pyare Sahiban” and spent the rest of his according to the principle of sikkhism. Baba Ji used to wake up in midnight and spend the time reciting the Gurbani and Name of Lord.
